Insurance & Fees

We want cost to be as clear as possible before you book.

Insurance: We are currently completing credentialing with Aetna, Tufts Health Plan, Harvard Pilgrim, United Healthcare, and Mass General Brigham Health Plan. Once active, we will bill these plans directly. In the meantime, we accept private pay, and clients with out-of-network benefits may request a superbill to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement.

How insurance and fees work at jaba healthcare

    • Diagnostic Evaluation (Initial Intake): $200

    • Follow-Up Session: $175

  • A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for clients who qualify. Please mention this during your free consultation, and we'll do our best to work with your budget.

  • We understand life happens. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or missed appointments, are subject to a $70 fee.

  • We are currently completing credentialing with the following plans:

    • Aetna
